We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your shopping experience remains positive. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition. This means the product should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alterations.
  • Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. The product should be returned in the same packaging that it was received in, ensuring it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required to process the return.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

Murky's Law only accepts returns under the following specific conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has any manufacturing defects, such as stitching issues, fabric flaws, or other defects that occurred during the production process, you are eligible for a return.
  • Printing Defects: For products with graphic designs, we accept returns if there are printing defects, such as incorrect colors, blurred images, or misaligned prints.
  • Size Mismatch: If the product does not fit as expected or the size is incorrect, you can return the item and request a replacement in the correct size.

Murky's Law reserves the right to approve or decline any return request based on the conditions outlined.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or Worn Items: Any item that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing or printing defects.

How to Initiate a Return

If your purchase meets the above criteria, you can initiate a return by following these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email our customer support team at info@murkyslaw.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if applicable, photographs clearly showing the defect.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon review, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back without obtaining an RA number, as it will not be accepted.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that it is secure and protected during transit. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RA number.
  4. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a manufacturing or printing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Murky's Law is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. This process may take up to 7 business days.
  6. Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, depending on your preference. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize your return and ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but our policy allows you to return items within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. If you need a different size or style, or if the product is defective or has a design/printing issue, please return the item and request a replacement. Once your return is processed, we’ll we will process your replacement request.
